Tesla's latest software update, 2026.38.5.5, is rolling out to cars in Australia and New Zealand, and brings FSD (Supervised) v14.3.12 to HW4 Model 3 and Model Y.

According to the release notes, the update brings:

  • Halloween Mode puts a ghost costume on the car on screen, plays spooky sounds and flickers the lights when visitors approach, with a scheduled light show and a Photobooth.
  • Set Arrival Energy lets you set how much battery you want left at your destination from the Tesla app. It needs app version 4.58.0 or later.
  • Apple Music shows the songs, albums and playlists you have added under Library.
  • Wheel Selection lets you choose from new wheel options to change how your Tesla looks.
  • Visual Updates bring better images of your car on the centre screen and a new park scene. This is listed for Australia and Model Y only.

According to the same notes, the new FSD version brings:

  • Mad Max is a new speed profile that Tesla says "comes with higher speeds than HURRY".
  • Faster reactions come from a rebuilt AI system that Tesla says gives 20% faster reaction time.
  • Parking options and the predicted parking spot now show on the map.
  • Streaks show how far you have driven without taking over, and your longest streak.
  • Feedback lets you pick a reason on the main screen after taking over.

How many cars have it
